Measures the curvature of thin film samples, which is a measure of the in-plane film stress, in the temperature range 4-473 K. A magnetic field of up to 350 mT can be applied for magnetostriction measurements. A hydrogen pressure of 1 microbar to 1 bar can be applied to measure hydrogen induced stress in thin films. Maximum sample size 10x10x1 cubic millimetres.
