Possible measurements: Reflectivity, diffraction and transmission, transverse and longitudinal MOKE measured as a function of incidence angle and or wavelength.
Performance: Magnetic field any direction in-plane ˜42 mT max, resolution better than 0.1 mT. Angular resolution 1 mdeg. Wavelength resolution ˜2 nm (350-1000 nm available).
Samples need to be smaller than 3 cm.
